1st BUDCA Open FIDE Blitz Chess Tournament 2022 was won by IM Nithin S of Tamilnadu.

He scored 8 points along with IM Sai Agni Jeevitesh J of Telangana & IM Chakravarthy Teddy M of Telangana but with a better tie break Nithin S clinched the winner's trophy.

Second place was bagged by IM Agni Jeevitesh J.

Third place went to IM Chakravarthi Reddy M

The First BUDCA monthly tournament was successfully conducted on November 14th at KASSIA Hall, Vijayanagar. We had 400 participants and 200 parents accompanying them.

Sri. Aravind shastry General seceratary, KSCA, Sri. Arjun Singar Educational statergist and Tedx speaker were the chief guest.

We conducted our first online chess tournament on January 26th 2022 coinciding with Republic day.We had a overwhelming response of 292 entries. The tournament was conducted in Chess.com platform. Shri IA Vasanth B H was the chief arbiter.

S Harshad emerged as the champion of the event. Ashwath R was the first runner up followed by Anadkat Kartavya.
